What this website collects
The contact form asks for your name and email, and if you choose, your phone number, what you need help with, the times that suit you and a message. We use these only to answer you and book your visit.
Health details
Please keep health details in the form short. Anything about your health that you send is kept private and used only for your care and booking.
Analytics, without cookies
This website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, a company in the United States, and form emails pass through its email service. We do not sell your details.
How long it is kept
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and book your visit, or as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@example.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or about health details to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
